National Groodle Association Inc

The National Groodle Association Inc (NGA) was developed following an identified need to improve the way Groodles are bred in Australia.

Our association was founded by passionate volunteer breeders from across Australia who although at various stages of their breeding journey, had identified a critical need to establish breed standards, educate and support truly responsible, ethical and transparent breeding practice.

We hope that by doing this, we can create a more transparent puppy buying experience for families who are not just committed to supporting ethical breeding practice, but are also keen to support us on our journey Improve the way we breed Groodles.

All committee members are volunteers and all income generated through membership, sponsorship and events is put back into our not for profit to help provide provide breeder education.

A focus on health testing

Ethical and responsible breeding practice starts with health testing every breeding dog. As a minimum standard, all litters recommended by the National Groodle Association are required to DNA test and Hip and Elbow score their breeding dogs.
